An exceptional matcha, traditionally shade-grown in Yame (Fukuoka) by the Oishi farm, active since 1940. Four generations of expertise have shaped this tea with deep umami notes, intense jade color, and a creamy texture.

Made from first-flush tencha (ichibancha), slowly dried then stone-ground, this matcha reveals the full aromatic complexity of the Yame terroir — renowned for its morning mists, volcanic soils, and ideal temperature variations.

Ideal for:

— Usucha (light matcha prepared with a chasen)

— Koicha (thick matcha, for connoisseurs)

Most matcha available in Europe is bitter, unstable, and not true to what you can find in Japan.

This matcha was selected to offer a sweeter, more balanced, and more accessible taste.

A matcha that you can truly enjoy every day.

Selected in Yame, Japan

This matcha comes from Yame, a region known for producing some of the best teas in Japan.

It is selected directly on site, in collaboration with Oishi Tea Factory.
